Since last week, we have decorated the Hina dolls for the Hina Matsuri, so this time I would like to introduce you to the Hina Matsuri.

These Hina dolls were donated to cheer us up after the Great East Japan Earthquake.

Hinamatsuri, also called Doll's Day or Girls' Day, is a special day in Japan. Celebrated on 3 March of each year, platforms covered with a red carpet-material are used to display a set of ornamental dolls(hina-ningyo) representing the Emperor, Empress, attendants, and musicians in traditional court dress of the Heian period.

First, top platform

The top tier holds two dolls, known as Odairi-sama(Emperor) and Ohinasama(Empress). The two are usually placed in front of a gold folding screen byobu.

Second platform

The second tier holds three court ladies san-nin kanjo who serve sake to the male and female dolls. Two of them are standing with serving utensils, one with a long handle (Nagae no chōshi) and the other with a short one (Kuwae no chōshi). The third (Sanpō), placed in the middle, holds a small table and may be standing or sitting/kneeling.

Accessories placed between the ladies are takatsuki , stands with round table-tops for seasonal sweets, excluding hishi mochi.

Third platform

The third tier holds five male musicians gonin bayashi. Each holds a musical instrument except the singer, who holds a fan:

1  Small drum (Taiko), seated,

2 Large drum (Ōtsuzumi), standing,

3 Hand drum (Kotsuzumi), standing,

4 Flute (Fue), or Yokobue, seated,

5 Singer (Utaikata), holding a folding fan (sensu), standing.

Fourth platform

Two ministers (daijin) may be displayed on the fourth tier. These may be the emperor's bodyguards, or administrators in Kyoto: the Minister of the Right (Udaijin) and the Minister of the Left (Sadaijin). Both are sometimes equipped with bows and arrows. When representing the ministers, the Minister of the Right is depicted as a young person, while the Minister of the Left is older because that position was the more senior of the two. 

Fifth platform

The fifth tier, between the plants, holds three helpers (shichō) or protectors (eji) of the Emperor and Empress:

1 Crying drinker nakijōgo

2 Angry drinker okorijōgo

3 Laughing drinker waraijōgo

Other platforms

On the other tiers, a variety of miniature furniture, tools, carriages, etc., are displayed.  Some of them are items used within the palatial residence.

It is said that if you delay storing the dolls, your marriage will be delayed (superstition), so you may not be able to see them after March 3rd.

在這裏先分享前幾日的大雪給大家，一夜的大雪堆積的足足有10厘米厚，
第二天一大早大家在寒風中清掃着大雪，迎接每一位客人的到來。

 

まずは先日の大雪について。
一晩にして積もった雪は10センチになりました。
翌朝皆さんは冷たい風の中で除雪を行い、
お客様のお迎え・お見送りの準備を行います。

今天向大家介紹距離本舘車程30分鐘的登米市《平筒沼交流公園》，
入選「宮城新觀光名所百選」的公園。

本日は、当館から車で30分程の登米市「平筒沼ふれあい公園」が
「宮城新観光名所百選」に選ばれたのでご紹介いたします。

春季、步道兩側共有875棵櫻花樹、滿開的櫻花非常漂亮。

春になると、遊歩道の両側には875本の桜の木がございます。
満開になりますと桜はとても綺麗です。

夏季有睡蓮和色彩迷人的粉紅紅蓮花。

夏は綺麗なピンクな色の蓮がございます。

秋季可觀賞園區天然圍繞的紅葉林。
秋には、公園の自然に囲まれた紅葉林を見ることができます。

前幾日，我特地前去了此地，候鳥飛來是冬季的一大特色，
各種類的鳥類聚集在這裏，給寒冬增添了不少生機。

数日前、私は「平筒沼ふれあい公園」に行って来ました。
渡り鳥は冬の名物であり、様々な種類の鳥がここに集まり、
皆、仲良く過ごしています。

每一個季節都有它的美，希望有機會的那一天，大家能來日本旅行，來這裏觀光。
季節によって、それぞれの美しさがありますが、
機会があれば是非日本へ旅行し、観光にお越しくださいませ。

前幾日，早上氣溫零下六度，看到了海上罕見的"蒸気霧"，在陽光的照射下，真的是一個夢幻般志津川灣！

マイナス6度となりました先日の朝，
海上で「気嵐(けあらし)」を見ることができました。
とても綺麗、幻想的な志津川湾でした。！

拉姆薩爾條約濕地 宮城縣南三陸地區 志津川灣發生「蒸気霧」的條件是什麼呢？

ラムサール条約湿地である宮城県南三陸町の志津川湾「気嵐（けあらし）」にて発生する条件とは？

（1） 天氣晴朗
（2）氣溫在零下15度左右
（3）氣溫與海水溫差為15度以上
（4） 東南風吹來
（5） 風速為3至5米

①天気が晴れであること
②気温が氷点下15度前後であること
③気温と海水の温度差が15度以上であること
④東南東の風が吹いていること
⑤風速は3～5メートルであること

清晨，東南風吹來，氣溫下降。
從海面蒸發的水蒸氣凝結在一起，
"蒸気霧"發生，海平面成為夢幻般的風景。

東南東の穏やかな風が吹く気温が特に下がった早朝には、
海面から蒸発した水蒸気が凝結して、
「気嵐」が発生し海面が幻想的な風景になります。

Happy New Year 2021 !    May this be a happy and  fruitful year.

This time, I would like to introduce to the New Year in Japan. New year is called  "Oshogatsu" in Japanese.

[ Shimenawa ( Straw festoon decorated with cut paper ) ]

"Shimenawa is a landmark for Toshigami* to come down from a high mountain on New Year's Day. It is said that the shimenwawa that the old god has descended has the power to exterminate evil spirits, and the place where the shimenawa is located becomes a sacred place.  *important god who prays for the happiness of our year, which we will welcome on New Year's Day.  At our hotel, we have two entrances with Shimenawa.

[ Kadomatsu(Decorative pine branches) ]

It is placed on both sides of the front entrance of a house during New Year's holidays. It symbolizes longevity, prosperity and purity.

[ Eto(Japanese zodiac) ]

This is the year of the Ox in the Japanese zodiac.

[ Kagami-mochi ]

Kagami-mochi are circular, flat rice cakes offered to the god in the New Year.

[ Hatsumode(First shrine visit of the New Year) ]

Many Japanese people visit a shrine, sometimes temple, during the first three days of January, and wish New Year's health, happiness, and so on at Hatsumode.

I went to Yanaizu Kokuzoson for the Hatsumode on January 3rd.

It is said that if you worship at a merchant's house, you will have a family safety, prosperous business, and auspicious events.  In recent years, it is said that stroking the same area as one's affected area will heal the illness.

還有一週就是聖誕節，舘内也洋溢着濃濃的聖誕氣息，
聖誕近了，2021年也就不遠了。

あと1週間でクリスマスになりますね。
当館館内にもクリスマスの装いになって参りました。
2020年も終わりに近づいているし、2021年はもう遠くないですね。

緊接上週的内容繼續向大家介紹魚類魚製品的品類。
前回に続き、魚介類の紹介を致します。

（4） 秋鮭魚分佈於北太平洋，從北海道追溯到本州北部的河流產卵，4-5年以魚類為主要。
成為人口習慣化放流事業的對象。
通過固定網和刺網捕獲。 除了成為焼物和火鍋外，還加工成新卷等。

④秋サケ　秋鮭
北太平洋に分布し、本邦では北海道から本州北部の河川に遡上して産卵し、
4〜5年魚が主群となる。人口癖化放流事業の対象となっている。
当地方では定置網や刺網などで漁獲される。焼物や鍋物になるほか、新巻などに加工される。

（5） 銀鮭魚　養殖起源於宮城縣志津川灣。
從魚卵到成年魚，由EP（提取器顆粒）的特殊配方培育。
脂肪是美味的，主要還是以生魚片為主，含有豐富的營養價值。

⑤銀サケ　銀鮭養殖は宮城県志津川湾が発祥地。
卵から成魚までEP（エクストルダー・ペレット）という特殊配合のえさにより育てられる。
脂がのっておいしく、栄養価抜群で刺身としても調理される。

（6） 鰤 從日本分佈到朝鮮半島海岸。
在當地地區，通過固定網捕獲，做成燒物和生魚片，在冬季被稱為"寒冷鰤"被大家品賞。

⑥ブリ　日本から朝鮮半島沿岸まで分布する。
当地方では定置網で漁獲される。焼物や刺身になり、冬季は“寒ぶり"として賞味される。

今天繼續向大家介紹東京≪株式会社クリンライフ≫
的田口社長為首的志願者們在非常時期再次光臨了本館為我們清掃吊燈。

昨年6月6日にのブログの内容に続き、
本日は、東京飯田橋ライオンズクラブ会員東京株式会社クリンライフの
田口社長をはじめとした社員の皆様が、
再び当館を訪れ、ボランティアでシャンデリアの清掃を行っていただきましたのでご紹介いたします。

這次清掃的是本舘可容納約140人的中型宴會廳≪クィーンエリザベス≫，
細膩複雜的吊燈密密麻麻，
作業人員很小心的一顆一顆的擦拭着，
這份工作真的是需要很強的耐心和剋服恐高才可以完成的。

今回の清掃は、
当館の約140人収容可能な中規模の多目的ホール
≪クィーンエリザベス≫にて、
普段の清掃ではなかなか手が届かない
繊細で複雑なシャンデリアを、
作業員さんは慎重に拭き取り、綺麗にしていただきました。
この仕事は本当に強い忍耐と高所恐怖症の克服が必要だと私は思います。

在我們日常生活中，我認為吊燈不僅僅是一個燈具，
而應被認為是水晶裝飾品。

 

日常生活の中では、
シャンデリアは照明器具ではなく、
単なるクリスタルの装飾品と考えいただいた方が良いかと思います。

 

與其說吊燈是我們的生活用品，不如說是裝飾品，
藝術品的存在，在這裏也希望我們從現在開始更加重視它的存在，
從愛護清掃開始吧。

シャンデリアは私達の生活用品というよりは、
装飾品、芸術作品という存在だと私は思います。
その存在にもっと注意を払い、
掃除や手入れを定期的に行わないといけないですね。

ホテルの正面玄関前の駐車場では、
赤く色付いた葉が風になびき、

今天陸續向大家介紹本社經營的魚類和各種魚製品。

本日は、弊社阿部長商店が製造している各水産加工品をご紹介致します。

1.秋刀魚 分佈於北太平洋沿岸。 它們南下產卵。
在北海道和三陸的太平洋沿岸，人們經常用帶收集魚燈的棒接收網捕獲。
除了燒烤外、煮菜和生魚片外，還有罐頭食品等， 成為延繩的誘餌。

秋刀魚（サンマ）は北太平洋岸に分布し、秋に産卵のため南下します。
日本では北海道や三陸の太平洋沿岸で、集魚灯を備えた棒受網にて捕獲されます。
焼物・煮物や刺身になるほか、缶詰原料などになります。
また、延縄漁の餌としても用いられます。

2.鯖 分佈於東海和菲律賓群島，在日本北海道以南的沿海地區也有發現。
除了通過卷網等捕魚外，本地區還通過固定網捕獲。 除了成為燒烤外、
煮菜和乾貨外，還加工成罐頭食品等成為延繩的食物。

鯖（サバ）は樺太から東シナ海およびフィリピン群島まで分布し、
日本では北海道以南の各地沿岸で見られる。
巻網などで漁獲されるほか、当地方では定置網で漁獲される。
焼物・煮物や干物になるほか、鯖節や缶詰などに加工される。延縄漁の餌にもなります。

3.鰯 從日本海岸分佈到朝鮮半島和中國。
它通過卷網捕獲，但本地區也通過固定網捕獲。 煮乾和芝豆。

イワシは日本沿岸から朝鮮半島および中国まで分布する。
巻網や定置網でも漁獲されます。

以上三種魚製品在本館的5樓賣場都有販賣，
獨立的包裝，加熱就可以使用，儲存也很方便，期待大家的光臨哦。

上記3種類の商品は、5階の売店で販売しております。
個別の包装で、レンジで30秒温めるだけ！
保管もとても便利なので、とってもおすすめです。
