The seagull has a vermilion beak, pink legs, and a white tail.　Seagulls are bigger than black-tailed gulls.

最近、朝のＮＨＫ連続テレビ小説“おかえりモネ’’を観てみましたか？

前幾天，跟隨宮城県各地溫泉女將們一起，參觀外景地的研修會。

先日、宮城県内各地の旅館・ホテルの女将さん達と、
「おかえりモネ」のロケ地研修会に行って来ました。

各地溫泉女將們信息交換，我們由拍攝地第一站登米市出發，
陸續參觀了“伝統芸能伝承館（森舞台）”。

各地の女将さんが情報交換しながら、
撮影地の登米市を出発し、「森舞台」などを見学しました。

傳統表演藝術傳承館森舞台是位於宮城縣登米市登米町的博物館和能舞臺。
榮獲日本建築學會獎。

伝統芸能伝承館森舞台（でんとうげいのうでんしょうかんもりぶたい）は、
宮城県登米市登米町に所在する博物館及び能舞台です。
日本建築学会賞を受賞しています。

『森舞台』被暱稱為"森林舞臺"，
於平成8年（1996年）作為擁有近300年歷史和傳統的登米能的主舞臺而開業。
在原登米伊達家的御鐵匠屋（鐵炮鍛冶）宅邸舊址上，
被山腳下的地形原樣豐富的自然所擁抱，顯示出整潔的外觀。

『森舞台』の愛称で親しまれているこの能舞台は、
300年近い歴史と伝統を誇る登米能（とよまのう）のホームステージとして、
平成8年（1996）年にオープンした。
元登米伊達家の御鍛冶屋（鉄砲鍛冶）屋敷跡地に、
山裾の地形そのままの豊かな自然に抱かれて端正な佇まいを見せています。

設計師是建築師隈研吾氏先生。 感受風，感受光，感受自然，
"Noh Stage in the Forest"是"與森林合二為一的舞臺"，
其理念是"在與自然合一的地方表達Noh Stage"。

設計者は建築家の隈研吾氏。
風を感じたり、光を感じたり、自然を感じながら、
“自然と一体となった場所で能は表現されるもの”との想いから目指したのが“森と一体の能舞台”であり、
まさにその言葉通り「Noh Stage in the Forest」である。

在此特別期待大家前來參觀，
去發現這座舞臺的藝術之美。

南三陸位於日本東北宮城県太平洋海岸側，
有著名的原始風景的山川河流，外海為世界三大漁場之一，由於三面環山，
每當下雨就會把許多豐富的土壤冲積到大海，
因此也就間接的滋潤了海洋中的各類生物，
同時也就造就這片海非常適合養殖牡蠣，扇貝，海鞘等等。

南三陸は、青森県八戸市から福島県いわき市を繋ぐ
東北パシフィックコーストのほぼ中央に位置し、
山と川、海が織り成す有名な原始的な風景があり、
外海は山に三方を周回する世界三大漁場の1つです。
雨が降るたびに、多くの豊かな土壌が海に蓄積されます。
したがって、間接的に海の生き物のすべての種類を潤し、
また、カキ、ホタテ、海鞘などを養殖するのに最適です。

受地理位置影響，也可以說這裏是以海爲田，
發展牡蠣與其他海產品養殖爲主的濱海小漁村，
大家一定也吃過牡蠣，但是你知道是怎如何養殖出來的嗎？

地理的な影響で、これは海を畑とし、
カキや他の魚介類の養殖を主とする漁村を発展させます。
皆さんカキを食べた事がある方は多いと思いますが、
どのように養殖するか知っていますか?

今天在這裏分享我的牡蠣見學的親身體驗吧。

今日はここで私の個人的な体験を共有いたします。

休息日的那天，天氣特別好，藍天白雲，晴空萬里，
我邀請了在仙臺工作的朋友一同前去參觀牡蠣養殖，
在船主的指導下，我們穿上防水服和救生衣，坐上了≪第十大定丸≫，
這是一艘日本的傳統漁船，
雖然沒有舒適的船艙，席地而坐也是可以的，
看到一望無際的大海，船啓動的那一瞬間，
心情也跟著海浪一起翻騰興奮起來，
大約20分鐘航程后，我們很快就抵達了船長的漁場。

休みの日は特に天気が良く、
青空と白い雲、晴れた空、仙台で働いている友人を招いてカキ養殖を見学し、
船主の指導の下、防水服とライフジャケットを着て、≪第十大定丸≫に乗って出発。
日本の伝統的な漁船で、快適な船室はなく、
席に座って、果てしない海を眺めます。
船が出発した瞬間、波に乗って気分も興奮し、
約20分の航海の後、すぐに船長の漁場に到着しました。

船主介紹說，在寬闊的海面上，
自家的漁場都有浮球綁著的標識，
通過浮球上的顔色或者名字來做辨識。

船主は広い海では、自分の漁場は、
浮遊球の色や名前によって識別される浮遊球の結び目を持っていたと言いました。

船主鎖定一顆大浮球，通過升降機，
牡蠣和各種生物露出了水面，
在船主和船主夫人的默契配合下，肥大的牡蠣上岸裝筐，
因爲海水的營養豐富，打撈上岸的牡蠣非常肥大，
我們已經按耐不住激動的小心情了，
開始了生吃，沒有醬油和芥末，伴著海水的味道，味道非常鮮美。

船主はカキ、様々な生き物を通して水面に露出し、
船主と船主夫人の阿吽の呼吸で、大きなカキが入ったバスケットを岸に積み込みしました。
海水の栄養価が豊富な事もあり、カキの身はとても大きく太っています。
私たちは興奮した気持ちに耐えきれず、
醤油とマスタードなしで生で食べ始めました。
海の味を伴い、非常においしい味でした。

除了傳統的生吃和烤牡蠣，大家也可以試做水餃，
它將會是味道一絕的海鮮水餃。

伝統的な生カキのローストに加えて、
ここでおすすめのは、海鮮水餃子です。

I heard that the Ishinomaki Minamihama Memorial Park has opened, so I went there on the afternoon of June 2nd.

This park plays a role of mourning the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake and handing down memories.

Since it was a weekday and also ” Miyagi 3.11 Tsunami disaster Memorial Museum” was not open yet, the number of visitors was small.

*According to the message board, it was mentioned that it will be open at 3:00 pm on June 6th.

The area of the park is 38.8 hectares.

Requiescats and memorial monument 'CIRCLE WIND 2011 -KIZUNA-’

There are small hills, several multipurpose plazas, ponds, wetlands and pine grove which existed before.

 A bridge called Kawaminato Ohashi beside the park is now under construction.  It says "16m to connect".

When I climbed Hiyoriyama to take a picture of the entire park, the torii gate, which is a symbol of Hiyoriyama, disappeared.

It seems that it was dismantled due to the effects of aging and repeated earthquakes.

The torii was built in 1935 and was made of reinforced concrete and was about 5 meters high.

今天向大家推薦：從本館出發約15分鐘步行路程的山丘，
觀海的生命之林和車程17分鐘的神割崎最新發現。
山裏，海邊黃花開和黃花相遇吧。

『今日はおすすめ散歩コース』
当館から徒歩15分程の所にある「海の見える命の森」と
車で17分程「神割崎キャンプ場」です。
南三陸の魅力をお伝え致します。
この時期は「神割崎キャンプ場」にて
ニッコウキスゲが咲き始めます。

中文：黃花，在日本本州等地，在高原上很常見，
在東北地區和北海道的海岸附近也可以看到。
花期為5月初至8月初。
這是一朵代表草原和濕地的花，
當成群出現時，它像地毯一樣美麗。
高度為50至80厘米。
花是喇叭狀的，大約10厘米。花瓣是六片。
花在早上開花，在晚上慢慢花謝。

まず、ニッコウキスゲは、
日本の本州などでは高原で普通に見られるが、
東北地方や北海道では海岸近くでも見られます。期間は5月上旬から8月上旬。
草原・湿原を代表する花で、群生すると山吹色の絨毯のようで美しいです。
高さは50cm〜80cm。花茎の先端に数個つぼみをつけます。
花はラッパ状で、大きさは10cmぐらい。花びらは6枚。
朝方に開花すると夕方にはしぼんでしまう一日花でございます。

黃花菜有較好的健腦，抗衰老功效，
是因其含有豐富的卵磷脂，這種物質是機體中許多細胞，
特別是大腦細胞的組成成分，
對增強和改善大腦功能有重要作用，
同時能清除動脈內的沉積物，
對注意力不集中、記憶力減退、
腦動脈阻塞等症状有特殊療效，故人們稱之為「健腦菜」。

ニッコウキスゲは、アンチエイジング効果を有し、
レシチンという成分が豊富にあり、
この物質は、体の多くの細胞、特に脳細胞の構成成分であります。

*The above picture is a demonstration of Blue Impulse when the torch arrived from Athens on March 20, 2020.

"Mr. Toshihiko Hosaka, a world-famous sand art artist, completed a sand statue to liven up Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture, which had collapsed and was remade due to the earthquake on May 1, and was unveiled on the 17th". I visited the other day after seeing the news.

 

The 2.4-meter-high sand statue that was completed and unveiled at the JR Yamoto station square in Higashimatsushima City was inspired by a woman who thinks of a carp rising in the heavens. Mr. Hosaka  started production on April 24th and was scheduled to be completed on May 6th, but the work collapsed greatly due to the earthquake on the 1st, and it was remade from scratch.

 

The work inspired by the "blue carp streamer" in Higashi Matsushima City was named "Shori (victory)" with the idea that it would not lose to the earthquake and corona virus.

 

The work will be exhibited for about 3 months.

Higashi Matsushima City has the Air Self-Defense Force Matsushima Air Base, which is famous for Blue Impulse.

ウミネコ・カモメとのふれ合いを楽しむのに最適な場所です。

都市的快節奏生活，繁忙的學習不免讓人有高度的緊張感，
來到這裏的不管是大人還是小孩都可以得到釋放，
和海鷗近距離接觸，呼吸大海的味道，
大家身心得以足夠的釋放。

都会での忙しい日常生活は、
常に緊張感を与える事もあるかと思います。
ここ南三陸では大人も子供も解放され、
ウミネコ・カモメとのふれ合いを満喫し、

也是遊客和兒童接觸和享受美麗的風景和豐富的自然風光的地方。
生命之林，可俯瞰大海，是一個令人驚驚的景點。

慰霊の場であり、災害のことを伝え、学ぶと同時に、
訪れた観光客や子どもたちが美しい風景や豊かな自然に触れ、
楽しめる場所でもあります。
見晴らしの良い海の見える命の森は、私のおすすめスポットです。

A dense green island in Shizugawa Bay that you can see from the hotel lobby. It is Areshima, which is owned by the Sato family, an old family in Minamisanriku.

 

Areshima is the only island in Minamisanriku that can be walked across. Areshima Shrine, which gathers local beliefs, is enshrined on this island, and a red torii gate and a shrine stand on an island rich in nature.

If you go up through the torii gate, you will find a small torii gate, and a shrine stands behind it.

If you go further while looking at Moai Rock on your right, you will find the entrance of Cape Lover's point in the north.

 

As soon as you climb the gentle slope, you will arrive at the observatory.
