大家好！我是惠，每周四，又和大家见面了。
春天，万物复苏，和樱花一起迎接春天的还有一种悄然生长的植物，“折耳根”，本草纲目又称“鱼腥草”，
它是一种阴性植物，怕阳光，喜温暖潮湿环境，忌干旱，农田常见的杂草，生果园，路埂都有生长，主要生长地中国的贵州，四川，陕西长江流域以南各省，以及日本，印度尼西亚等，
特别是在本馆的樱花树下，绿植下面处处可见，现在正是幼芽期，然后进入开花期，最后进入枯萎期，
经过天然风晒可做成“鱼腥草茶”，全株入药，有清热，解毒，动脉硬化，高血压，防衰老等功效，
下面的图片是我前几天做的凉菜，清淡和辣口，叶子和茎都是宝贝哦，爱好美食的朋友们，
不防留意下大自然赐予我们的天然食材哦！

皆さんこんにちは、恵です。
様々な植物が芽を出す春！中国の健康食材「ドクダミ」も、この時期に芽を出します。
本草綱目という中国の漢方薬の本には、ドクダミも掲載されていて、湿度の高いところに良く自生している植物でございます。
田舎の雑草や果樹園、畦道に成長しております。中国の貴州や四川，陕西や長江流域の南の方に生えています。また、日本やインドネシア等、当館の桜の木の下にも、このドクダミが茂っていました。
今は、芽生えの時です。そして、他の花と同じように、白い花を咲かせ、やがて枯れていきます。中国では、枯れた花全て（花,茎,葉,根）を天日に2～3日程干すみたいです。干した後は、ドクダミ茶になります。
効能は、
・老廃物や毒素を体外へ排出
・血液をきれいにし、血圧を安定させる
・動脈硬化を予防
・老化防止 等々
本当に様々な効果がある素晴らしい飲み物です。

先日、私も、ドクダミの葉っぱと根っこを使って、料理しました♪
酢醤油や唐辛子で和えると美味しいですよ！
中国では、そのまま和え物として、好みの味付けで食べるのが恵のオススメ。大自然に恵まれた天然食材を是非お召し上がりくださいませ。

因为第一次来日本，语言还在学习中，每天都很用功的哦，

料理人歴20年！（16歳から始めたとのこと）
「任さん」特製！中華の逸品はどうでしょうか？
見ているだけでお腹が空きそうですね♪
見た目にも、華やかな逸品です。
もしかしたら今後、レストランや夕食会場で登場する機会があるかも！？
その時は、南三陸の海の幸だけではなく、
本格四川料理を食べに当館にお越しくださいませ。
任さん一番の得意料理は“麻婆豆腐”，“回鍋肉”，“青椒肉絲”。
初めて日本に来たので、日本語は只今勉強中です。
彼の成長を温かく見守っていきたいと思います。
The season of Sakura just started in Tohoku region.
We can enjoy beautiful sakura around the Hotel Kanyo.
First, in front of Kanyo. Species Somei Yoshino. Fully bloomed as of today.
Second, we have planted last month baby sakura trees in a hill side near the hotel as the momery of 6 years from tsunami. Three tiny flowers bloomed!
Of course we can see many beautiful sakuras in Minami Sanriku, but I show you undiscovered sakura spots in Tome city. Accessible by car in approx. 1 hours.

今週は、ゆきさんとチェンジ！して水曜日の登場です。
東北地方も日々暖かくなってきて、春の花を徐々に咲いてきました。

また、先日は、在日中国人と中国の西安からお越し頂きました。

さらに、料理だけではなく、当館の露天風呂と大浴場は、志津川湾を見渡せます。
南三陸は、海と山に囲まれた自然豊かな場所です。

Miyagi and Tohoku are famous with its hot springs.
Majority of hot springs are located in the Ou mountain range, however in Minami Sanriku where is sea side they have escavated 2,000m depth from the ground with recent technology to strike spring water vein.
You can watch friendly seagulls flying over hot spring forgetting busy time and relaxing with them.

Try to be early bird for the rising sun from the horizon which is superb view.
Open air onsen and 4 large baths and sauna are available.
Enjoy blue ocean, green islands, panorama to the ocean of soft sun light.

School system of Japan begins from april and ends in march.
Togura elementary school also was starting school year with beautiful cherry blossom as others like this picture before tsunami.
It was established in 1874.
Togura area was disastered by Tsunami of 6 years ago.
There were 2 schools, elementary school and junior high school.
It was happen a miracle in the elementary school situated almost sea level on that day of 11 march 2011.
Kataribe guide shows the location where Togura elementary school was before tsunami.
All the kids and teachers of the Togura elementary school were survived, thanks to the practice against tsunami alert of 2 days before and the training of evacuation just day before quake 10 march, then the decision and instruction of shool master who was flexible.
They had spent one night anxious and freezing near the shinto shrine in the hill side without foods, drinks and informations.
This is new school building open in october 2015. We are happy now because kids study as normal.

Hokkaido Shinkansen
Yesterday was the 1st anniversary of Hokkaido Shinkansen, super rapid train from Tokyo or Sendai to Hokkaido.
Now it is running only to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto, but it is scheduled to arrive to Sapporo Terminal in 2031. We have to wait for 14 years to the completion.
Hokkaido was far for everybodies, but it is now easy to access by Shinkansen which connects from Tokyo to Hakodate in less than 4 hours, from Sendai 2.5 hours only.
Before Shinkansen, it was nostalgic ferry operating from Aomori to Hakodate. (ref. Wikipedia)

Tsugaru Strait, border of Honshu island,.Shinkansen is running under the sea.

Hokkaido is not far now from Tohoku.

Ramen is loved very much by Japanese, you may find ramen shop everywhere from Hokkaido to Okinawa.
It is quick to serve ramen and eaten very quick, truly one of the typical fast foods of Japan. However the ramen shops need long time for preparation before opening the shops to make it more tasty.
Usually they top sliced pork, seaweed, fish paste, bamboo, egg and vegetables.
The origin of ramen is China towns of Yokohama, Kobe, Nagasaki and Hakodate where were open port at the end of Edo era.
Now the Japanese ramen is exported to China, Taiwan and to many countries world wide.
Hotel Kanyo offers original Sea foods ramen, lightly salted taste with scallop, octopus, clam, mussel and 3 kinds of seaweed.
In the season of green onion, you can try special version of sea foods ramen.
In Japan, somebody loves super hot spicy ramen, but I do not.
During the summer time, I suggest to try cold ramen with vinegar.
Please never miss ramen when you come to Japan.

Hakama is a Japanese traditional wear to cover from the waist to the legs. It was born during Yayoi era thousands years ago as a primitive type, then it was weared by men during Edo era mostly by Samurai as formal dress. Now it is weared by women by "Miko" shrine maiden, "Kyudoka" Japanese archer, University students especially at the graduation ceremony.

This friday it will be taken place of Girls' Festival or Hinamatsuri in all over Japan.
Dolls displayed at Minami Sanriku Hotel KANYO.
It is a Japanese tradition to pray healthy growth of girls, by decorationg dolls with flowers of peach and donating tiny rice balls and rhombus-shaped colourful rice cakes.

It is 3rd March every year.
Origin of Himamatsuri may derive from Kyoto of about 1,000 years ago, but it is spread to all of Japan in Edo period 400 years ago.
In Tohoku it is a little bit different from other area of Japan. We hang dolls from the ceiling. This is "Kazaribina" or hanging dolls of Senmaya district of Ichinoseki City in Iwate.
They donate and decolate also Sake which is important for Senmaya area.
Only 1 hour drive to Senmaya from Shizugawa to experience authentic Japanese festival.
