東北地區的紅葉似乎來的晚一些,但是觀賞期又會持續很久,
休息天,漫步在金色銀杏樹下,你會覺得這一切都如此美好.
東北地方の紅葉は例年よりも来遅かったようですが、観賞期間は長く続いています。
休みの日は、金色の銀杏の木の下を歩いていると、見るもの全てが美しいように思えます。
食欲之秋,第一感觀來自於"色",在這裡分享下我做的一品帶有秋色的料理.
食欲の秋、第一感観は「色」から、私の作った秋色の料理を共有します。
前幾天,去了距離本館一個小時車程的松島-円通院,
那麗的燈光秀很漂亮,也是兩位同學來東北地區的美好記憶.
以前紹介したみそさんとｾﾗさんは、
先日、当館から1時間離れた松島にあるお寺「円通院」に行ってきました。
紅葉のライトアップはとてもきれいで、
二人には東北の秋の良い思い出になったのかな～。
最後,送上兩位同學的畢業禮服,很漂亮吧.
最後に、台湾より二人の卒業式のドレスが送られました。
二人がこれから迎える南三陸の冬はどのように映るのか楽しみです。

皆さん、初めまして。台湾からのインターンシップ生、みそです。
不知不覺來到日本已經四個月了。日本這邊跟現在還很溫暖的台灣不同，已經整個入秋了呢。
日本に来てからあっという間に四ヶ月がたちました。
この時期でもまだ暖かい台湾と違って、日本のはすっかり秋が深まってきましたね。
仔細看月曆的話，或許還能找到「立冬」兩個字。而今年的立冬則是在11月7日，換句話說冬天的腳步正在悄悄接近了。
カレンダーをよく見ると、「立冬」という言葉があります。
今年の立冬は十一月七日で、つまり冬もだんだん近づいて来ています。
但是為了避寒而躲在家裡不出門，不覺得心情有些提不起勁嗎？
その寒さで家の中に閉じこもっていると、なんだか気分が落ちてしまいませんか？
這種時候不如一邊眺望海邊，一邊做心情轉換的話怎麼樣呢？
そういう時、海を眺めながらリフレッシュしてみるのはいかがでしょうか？
這邊是前幾天拍的照片。和夏天比起來別有風趣呢！（海鷗也很有精神地在空中飛來飛去）

Shizugawa Bay joined to the Ramsar Convention (Convention on Wetlands of International Importance Especially as Waterfowl Habitat) last week as the new site in Japan.
It was started the history of Ramsar Convention from Kushiro Marsh in 1980, however there are more than 50 sites registered in Japan so far.
Shizugawa Bay is large 6.5km and long 8km, sourced by several rivers such as Isatomaegawa, Hachimangawa, Oritategawa etc.
Aqua-culture is one of the important economy such as oyster, ascidian, seaweed, silver salmon, scallop, abalone.
You may find beautiful islets Areshima, Tsubakishma and Takeshima and more.
It was hit with huge damages by tsunami of Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011.
The first sunrise after tsunami on 12 March 2011.
In Miyagi, there are already registered 3 sites, Izunuma-Uchinuma, Kejyonuma and Kabukurinuma.

66% of Japanese land is covered by trees.
It is green, but in autumn the color of trees will be changed.
This is appreciated by tourists when the color of trees becomes in red or in yellow.
Maple is very loved by Japanese for autumnal tints to enjoy.
The season starts from September in Hokkaido, October in Tohoku and ends in December in Kyushu.
We say "Momiji hunting", it was started in Heian period of more than 1000 years ago.
Various places are famous for "Momiji hunting" such as Oirase Aomori, Nikko Tochigi, Kyoto, Oze Gumma-Fukushima, Akiyoshidai Yamaguchi, Shimanto Kochi etc.
You may enjoy in Minami Sanriku also.

It will take place of Balloon Fastival in Ichinoseki and Hiraizumi.

Around 30 balloons in total will fly in the sky of world heritage.

前幾日,在本館由南三陸和気仙沼地方故事巴士行的成員,一起參加了原日本NHK電視台行政總監村上信夫先生關于‘‘傳達.傳递”一事的講演.
先日、当館で南三陸と気仙沼の語り部が集まり、
元NHKエグゼクティブアナウンサー村上信夫氏による
「伝える、伝わる」についてご講演賜りました。
這是一場針對東日本大地震後,
給來自全國乃至世界各地的觀光客宣傳地震復興的狀況的人們的一次演講,
大家都熟悉的‘‘傳達和傳递”的區別的學習會.
東日本大震災の後、
全国から世界各地からの現地を訪れる方々に震災からの復興を発信する
”語り部”が大切にするべき「伝えると伝わる」の違い。
傳達是單向,傳递是雙向的。
簡單的說就是單相思和兩相情愿的意思吧.
伝えるは一方向、伝わるは双方向。
簡単に言えば、伝える（片思い）→伝わる（両思い）.
從傳達的事裡解的東西的時候進行傳達.
伝えたことから納得するものがあったとき伝わる.
傳達之後才能完成傳達的動作.
・伝わってはじめて伝える所作が完了する。
但絕對不是單方面的.
・決して一方的にならず、
當對方感受到自己想傳達的心情時,就會得到傳達給對方.
相手に自分の伝えたい気持ちを感じてもらえたとき伝わる。
村上先生在演說中還有提問到,服務業中最重要的是什麼,
作為外國人的我,無議自然是面對客人的時候,
我們的微笑一定是發自內心的,只有真實的感情才能真正的傳递給客人,
日本的微笑服務位居世界之首,當我們聽見客人說：
‘‘我還會再來的唷”、再次光臨的時候說：‘‘我又來了唷”、這時的我們將是無比的開心.
村上さんの講話では、
サービス業で一番大切なのは何なのか、
外国人としての私、無議の自然が客に向かっているとき、
私たちの笑顔はきっと心から出てきたのではないかということで、
本当の感情だけが本当のお客さんに伝わってくるということで、
日本の笑顔は世界の見本になっている。
「またくるよ」と、再び来たときは「『また来ましたよ』と言っていたので、
私たちはこの上ない喜びになります」。
最後、請允許我引用村上先生結束演說時,朗誦10年前村上先生父親寫的那段話.
最後に、村上さんのスピーチ終了時に、
10年前に村上さんのお父様が書いた言葉を朗読させていただきました。
對人時,要有一顆春天般溫暖之心.
工作時,要有一顆夏天火熱之心.
思考時,要有一顆美麗秋天之心.
面對自己時,要有一顆嚴冬之心.
人に接する時は、暖かい春のこころ。
仕事の時は、燃える夏のこころ。
考える時は、美しい秋のこころ。

待望の初回は、定員MAXの40名（ほぼ海外の方々）が当館にも訪れました。
まずは、旅行新聞新社様主催のプロが選ぶ日本のホテル・旅館100選にて、
もてなしの達人に選ばれた「伊藤文夫部長」が南三陸町内を案内。
※もちろん、通訳ガイドの方も同行しています。
通常の語り部バスより長めの、約1時間30分案内いたしました。
そして、当館に戻ってからは昼食！
海鮮和食のメニューを堪能されました。
今回のツアーの様子は翌日の河北新報や、
三陸新報にも掲載されました。
イギリスから夫婦で訪れたクリス・テイラーさんは、
「ショッピングならいつでもできるが、
被災地でしか学べないことがある。
被災した建物が残っていることで津波の高さが実感でき、
足を運んで良かった」
と話しています。
(我々も深く考えされるコメントですね～）
まだまだ、復興道半ばの南三陸。
今後は、更にお店や住宅の整備を進めて欲しいです。
※住宅繋がりで、バス・トイレがお部屋の中にあって、
洗濯機が置ける一人暮らし用のアパートに、引っ越したいと願うマッキ―なのでした。
（大学時代の一人暮らし感覚抜けなくて…）

皆さん、こんにちは！恵です。
今年7月2日,
來自台灣靜宜大學的兩位同學實習期順利進行兩個多月了。
今年７月２日に、
台湾静宜大学から来た二人の実習開始からもう二ヶ月が経ちます。
在這兩個月裡,從學習日本的習慣開始,
在飯店服務過程中都慢慢體會到了日本文化的差異.
この二ヶ月間、日本を学ぶ習慣はじめ、
ホテルのおもてなしの過程から、日本の文化の違いを実感しました。
除了平常的工作進行之外,
兩位同學利用公休時間乘坐巴士去距離本館一個小時車程的日本三大景ー松島。
平日は仕事をこなしながら、
二人は公休時間を利用して、
当館から車で１時間程の日本三景松島を観光をしました。
兩位同學工作到明年7月上旬結束,
