一週間ぶりのご無沙汰です　Bluebirder*Sです

先週予告していました　スターパーティ

前日　急遽　追加開催されたスタパでは
薄雲が広がりこそしましたが　なんとか星々は観望できました

そして翌日・・・　雨があがり　夕方には青空が見え始め
２夜連続の観望に期待が膨らんだ南三陸町の空でしたが
一転にわかに掻き曇ったかと思うと
なんと　雷鳴が轟き出し　やがて雨となってしまいました

雲間を走る稲妻は　実に凄まじい

2時間以上にわたって　東の水平線上は

時折　閃光を放ちながら稲妻が走り

稲光は　一瞬　辺りを真昼のような明るさに!

大気中を走る強い光の束として観測される　こうした放電は

1回に数万 - 数十万A　　電圧は1 - 10億V
電力換算で平均約900GW（=100W電球90億個分相当）に及ぶ放電量

時間にして1/1000秒程度でしかありませんが

エネルギーに換算するとおよそ900MJに及び
仮に　無駄なくこの電力量をすべてためることができれば

家庭用省電力エアコン（消費電力1kW）を　24時間連続で使い続けた場合
10日間強　使用できるそうです

とにかくこんな天気では　とても星空観察どころではありませんから
この日のスタパは
館内で「星についての楽しいお話」に変更

別室で　お客様にお集まりいただき
星空案内人　3名が講演くださいました

翌朝・・　　午前3時過ぎ・・・
東の水平線上には　木星　火星　金星が　並んだならんだ!

自分の目で観てみたかったBluebirderも　5日未明　コンデジで撮ってみました

マジックアワーに昇る金星　　水平線際では　真っ赤に観えていました♪

そして　右上に　火星と木星
この時期　観洋で早起きして東の空に目をやると
こんなに美しい夜明けが　楽しめます

ところで　余談ではありますが
スタパ「星のお話」も終わり　会場を撤収後　事務所に向かうと・・・
「稲妻観望も　よかったんじゃないの?」と
当館関係者2名に相次いで話しかけられ
「嗚呼 それでもよかったのかなぁ」と思った次第ではありますwww

さて　観洋の岩場で営巣中のオオセグロカモメ(6/4の様子です)

産卵日からすると　最初のヒナが孵るのは7日か9日か　それとも・・・

いずれにしても　孵化迄　秒読み段階なのですが

この日　カモメのカップルと共に
なぜか　ハート形に群れを成し集まったウミネコたち・・・

２羽は　彼らを追い払いもせず　なんとなく不思議な雰囲気でしたが

果たして　これが孵化の兆しなのかどうか

通称　スタパ

もう　ご参加いただけましたでしょうか　　こちらは5月8日の様子・・・

何せ　月一回ですから
まだですよ　という方の方が圧倒的に多いのだとは思います

スターパーティの会場　観洋屋上は　その名を"汐風の空"

環境省からも　"美しい星空が望める場"として認められていて
これまで50回を超えるスターパーティの中で　大勢の方から
観洋の星空をお楽しみ頂いています

そんなスタパに最新鋭の望遠鏡がお目見えしたのが49回のこと

その後　記念の50回から51回
そして24日に開催したイレギュラーのスタパでも
その力を発揮しています

こちらがその　最新鋭望遠鏡　"ユニステラ"

写真右側の望遠鏡がそれで　左側のモニターに天体の映像を映し出します

星空案内人のお1人　佐藤さんのご厚意のもと
当館のスタパで　活用頂いております

最大の特徴は　長時間露光することによって
肉眼では確認し辛い　"天体の色"を蓄積
遥か彼方の銀河や星団の美しい色を
再現して　魅せてくれます

5月24日のスタパで　佐藤さんがユニステラで捉えた
銀河と星団の数々です

M60（おとめ座の楕円銀河）とNGC4647（おとめ座の渦巻銀河）
山形県の板垣公一さんが
今年４月に発見した超新星（右上NGC4647の左）が写っています

矢印の先に　超新星が!!!　(拡大しました)

M13（ヘルクレス座の球状星団）
北天で最大の球状星団で全天で最も美しい星団と言われています

M５７（こと座の惑星状星雲）
リング状に見えることで有名な惑星状星団で
寿命を迎えた星が放出した外層のガスが
残った中心の星からの紫外線を受けて蛍光灯のように光っています

M５１（りょうけん座の渦巻銀河）
大小２つの銀河がつながっているので
"子持ち銀河"とも呼ばれています

M１０１（おおぐま座の渦巻銀河）
渦巻銀河の中でも
真上から非常に美しい渦の広がりを見ることができます。
回転花火銀河や風車銀河とも呼ばれて　親しまれています

The wedding and reception party, which had been refrained from for some time due to the influence of the coronavirus, was held at our hotel the other day.

The ceremony was held at the wedding hall "Jukai" on the 1st floor of the hotel.　

The shrine maiden of the hotel staff was a little nervous at the ceremony after a long time, but they were enthusiastic !

After successfully becoming a married couple, they will have a reception at the multipurpose hall "Queen Elizabeth" on the 5th floor of the hotel.　About 50 people came and celebrated.

From the bride and groom's table, all the seats can be seen !

The attendees can see the happy two people from any seat.

The festive party makes the staff happy.

The attendees were satisfied with the dishes that we were proud of.

After a fun feast, the bride and groom stood in front of the folding screen and saw off the attendees.

Last Sunday was Mother's Day, wasn't it? 　How did you thank your mother?

At the hotel shop, we have set up a Mother's Day gift corner from before Mother's Day to the check-out time at 10 am the next morning of Mother's Day.

This is a "Thank you Mother Set" and the selling price is 3,988 yen.　In Japanese, 39 is read as Thank you, 88 is read as Haha（Haha means Mother）.　It is a pun price !

The contents are 6 kinds of fish side dishes and 2 kinds of sardine pasta sauce. One handkerchief and one Mother's Day card.

At Wagon, we sold pecan nuts, strawberry butter sand, handkerchiefs, and two types of moisturizing creams that mothers will be happy with.

Bamboo fiber handkerchiefs with excellent deodorant, antibacterial and water-absorbent properties.

It is a popular strawberry butter sand that won the gold medal at the souvenir grand prix of the railway company.

Next year, if you stay with your mother and give them a present at our shop, it will surely be an unforgettable memory !

さて　5月に入りましたね

8日のスターパーティーは
春の星座　おとめ座観望も　テーマのひとつ

左手先には　純白の星　スピカが輝く　豊穣の女神

12星座はギリシャ神話が元になっているそうな・・・
では　おとめ座にまつわる神話とは・・・

豊穣の女神デーメテールと神々の王ゼウスとの間に
ペルセポネーという　それはそれは美しい娘がおりました

ある日　ペルセポネーが花摘みをしていると・・・

急に地面が割れて　冥界の王ハデスが現れ
美しいペルセポネーを　冥界に連れ去ってしまったからさあ大変

大切な娘がさらわれたと知った　母デーメテールは深い悲しみの余り

女神としての役目をすべて放棄　洞穴に閉じこもってしまうのです

すると・・・地上では草木は枯れ　作物は採れなくなり

人間も動物も命を失って　3分の1に減少してしまう事態に

困った神々たちは　冥界王ハデスにペルセポネーを返すように命令
なんとか　ペルセポネーが　地上に帰ると

母　デーメテールは大喜び
すると　草木は芽を出し　作物も実るようになったのです

ところが…

実は　ペルセポネはハデスから渡された冥界のザクロの実を
4粒食べてしまっていたのです
冥界の物を食べた者は　冥界で過ごさねばなりません

それでも母デーメテールはゼウスに
ペルセポネが地上で過ごせるように懇願

そこでゼウスは　1年を4つに分けて
4分の1の3か月を冥界で過ごすように決めました

それ以来　愛しの娘ペルセポネがいない3か月
悲しみに暮れるデーメテールは洞穴にこもるようになり
それが作物の育たない"冬"に

娘が戻ってくると　デーメテールが洞穴から出て
草木が芽吹く春になったというお話

このデーメテールが娘を想い心配している姿が

乙女座なのだと言われています

豊穣の女神の洞穴籠りで"冬"が生まれ
娘が戻れば女神の喜びで"春"になる
おとめ座は　母が娘を想う姿であり
四季の起源なのだ・・・

そんなギリシャ神話を知ることでまた
星空を望む楽しみも増すというもの

This time, let me introduce  " A party to love cherry blossoms and fresh greenery " held on April 17th !

On the day of the event, locals and our hotel staff volunteers gathered at 11 o'clock.

Following the opening declaration of Vice President Abe of Minami Sanriku Hotel Kanyo, a speech by Executive Committee Chairman Goto.

Finally, a speech by the president of a general trading company in Myanmar that donated the Great Buddha of Minamisanriku.

This cherry tree was planted by the world-famous singer Hikaru Utada.

The cherry blossoms in front of Minamisanriku Hotel Kanyo also bloomed beautifully this year !

The cherry blossoms blooming at the nursery center "Marine Pal" at Minami Sanriku Hotel Kanyo are also beautiful.

この16日の　ホテル観洋玄関前の桜

・・・の1週間後　ごらんのように

葉～桜ぁ～　になってしまいました
それでも　葉はまだ少ないので
紅い小さな花が付いているようにも見えます

樹の下には　桜吹雪の"吹き溜まり"

桜色が　やさしくきれいです

観洋玄関前の桜が終わり　季節はゆっくりと初夏へ・・・

5月に入ると　8日には　51回目のスターパーティが開かれます

今回のテーマは　"春の大曲線"と　"春の大三角"

そして　"月面X"

特に"月面X"は　この日　観望に好条件
月面にくっきり浮かぶ　X字が見られそうで楽しみです

"春の大三角"は　"しし座"の尾にある"デネボラ"
"おとめ座"左手先の"スピカ"
そして　"うしかい座"太ももの"アークトゥルス"を結んだ
三角形

一方　"春の大曲線"は

"おおぐま座"の尻尾先から　うしかい座の"アークトゥルス"
"おとめ座"の"スピカ"を結ぶ　壮大な円弧を描く曲線です

この図には記されていませんが
スピカの先に曲線を延ばすと　"からす座"があります

「春の大三角」は　ちょうどこの「春の大曲線」の円弧の中心あたり
春の星座を探す時の　恰好の目印にもなります

予備校のCMではありませんが　観洋スターパーティでは
"充実の講師陣"が　わかやすく星空をご案内します

何といっても
観洋のスタパの良さは　こんな風に　"浴衣姿で星空を楽しめる"ところ

The former Kadowaki Elementary School, which was constructed as the remains of the Great East Japan Earthquake, was opened to the public from April 3rd.

Kadowaki Elementary School is the only earthquake disaster site that leaves traces of the tsunami fire.

The black stone is engraved with a school song along with a picture of the school building before the earthquake.

Purchase a ticket and get a pamphlet with a tour route.

After observing the damaged fire engine and the city's official car exhibited at the indoor playground, I went to the main school building, which is the remains of the earthquake.

A line of tsunami inundation height is drawn in the school building.

The principal's room and staff room are on the first floor,

There are classrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and you can see what they were like at the time of the earthquake.

The school emblem was the same as it used to be.
The damage situation of Kadonowaki Elementary School, historical chronology, photos of events, relics, etc. are exhibited.

今月6日　50回目のスターパーティが開かれました

町の新しい魅力を発信しようと
最初の"スタパ"が開かれたのが
２０１７年１月２２日のこと
それから　5年

前半の２年程は　隔月で開かれていましたが
その後は月１回の開催に

そして　この４月６日
ついに５０回目を迎え　すっかり定着した印象です
それもこれも講師の皆さまのご協力のおかげ

今回の講師陣は・・・

当館スタッフが　50回を記念して
講師の皆さんをご紹介するパネルを作ってくれました

ありがとうございます

夕刻　午後5時から6時にかけての　観洋屋上"汐風の空"の準備風景・・・

講師の永井様は　自前の天体望遠鏡を据え付け

同じく講師の佐藤様は　自前のハイテク望遠鏡とモニターを接続
準備を整えます　・・・この時点では　上空がこんなに曇っていました

"かんようチャンネル"ユーチューバーの姿も・・・
この日は「50回の記念スタパなのだ!」 ということを
YouTubeで紹介してくれました　感謝です

そして日は暮れ　　空は晴れ・・・

ご宿泊お客様に加え　当館関係者に
(観洋ユーチューバー"かなさん"が 星空を撮ってます)

町内の方々も次々と観洋の屋上を訪れ
星空を楽しんでくださいました

拡声器を手に　解説をして下さったのが　和田様

レーザーポインターで星々を指しながら・・・
照射レーザーが三本見えますから
ここはおそらく"冬の大三角"の解説をして下さっている所

西の空　コンデジで撮った星々を線で結んでみました
三角の頂点が"プロキオン"　オリオンの右肩が　"ベテルギウス"
そして　"シリウス"　です(右のギラギラは"月")

"オリオン"は　徐々に西の地平へ

替わって　天頂付近には春の星座　"獅子座"がその雄姿を見せています

そのお隣には　おおぐま座の腰と尾の部分にあたる　"北斗七星"が

ところで　お泊りのお客様の中には
天体望遠鏡を覗きこむのは初めてという方もいらっしゃったようで
月のクレーターを一目見るなり　感激の余り
キャー!!!と　歓声を挙げていらっしゃいました

お客様の声には　微笑み半分驚かされましたが
素のままのリアクションは　新鮮に感動でした

この日は　のべ60名様以上の方々に
星空をお楽しみ頂くことが出来ました　ありがとうございます

参加頂いた皆さまには　50回の記念に　"光る星座盤"をプレゼント

実はこちら　講師メンバーの　小林様手作りの品
星座の星々に
一つひとつ蛍光ポイントを貼り付けて製作していただいたものなのです
ありがとうございます

次回は　5月8日　51回目のスタパです

さて　志津川湾で越冬を続けていたコクガンたち

この9日　いつもの港に　その姿はありませんでした

海のビジターセンターによれば
まだ30～50羽くらいは　目視で確認できているそうですが

ほとんどは　養殖施設の浮きの辺りに居るようで
一部は　志津川港の突堤付近に移動しています

 

It is no exaggeration to say that it is a symbol of Ishinomaki. The large torii gate of Kashimamiko Shrine in Hiyoriyama has to be dismantled due to the risk of collapse due to repeated earthquakes and deterioration over time. It was dismantled.

It is this torii gate that always appears in the media that introduces Ishinomaki City. This time, I would like to introduce the reconstructed torii gate.

This torii was dedicated by a local company. 　　It seems that Ogatsu stone from Ishinomaki is used for the pedestal part.

After the torii was dismantled, it was a very murderous landscape.
