It was clear day when I was flying last week in the sky of Miyagi with an aircraft Cessna C174 4 seater.
This is the cockpit of Cessna, good for traditional visual flight rules.
I have to start Set Up Procedure, before Take Off.
Start Taxi to Run Way of Semine Airfield in Kurihara City.
Fasten seat belt, Engine run up, check flight instruments, Release brake, Full throttle, then take off.
Up to leveled flight at 2500 feet approx. 800m over Tome city.
Over the Sanriku Motor Way between Tome and Minami Sanriku, finding Shizugawa area.
Found Minami Sanriku Hotel Kanyo on the cape and Shizugawa area, Mount Tatsugane also.

It was only 10 minutes from Semine Airfield to Minami Sanriku Hotel Kanyo.

東日本大地震後的第7年,
前往日本東北地區的觀光客持續上升,
前幾日,中國客人來到仙台.
東日本大地震から7年目、
日本の東北地方への観光客は徐々に増え続けています。
先日、中国からお客様がいらっしゃいました。
我們在短暫的時間里向大家傳達了伊達正宗文化和三陸沿岸魅力、
我們所在的南三陸也曾因地震所引發的海嘯而遭受巨大災害,
但現在我們已經客服逆境,
獨有的自然景觀和天然美味的海產品帶給我們重生的希望,
同時,我們也期待有更多的中國觀光客關注我們、
也希望日中友好交流更上一層樓.
私達は短い時間でしたが、宮城は仙台の伊達文化と、三陸沿岸部の魅力を伝えしました。
私達がいた南三陸は地震の影響で、発生した津波で大きな被害を受けました。
しかし、獨自の自然景観と天然の美味しい海産物は、再生の希望を与えてくれました。
これから日中友好交流が進みますように。

Last week one visitor from Australia has checked in the hotel.
He has come by Sendai Free shuttle bus to the hotel.
He is travelling slowly like snail.
His origin is a small island of Southern Italy, that's why he may be fallen in love with Areshima.
He is alone, but he likes very happy, because his wife has given his air tickets from Melbourne to Japan for his birthday.
He says it is the second time to come to Minamisanriku.
He loves Areshima Island on Shizugawa Bay.
This island is a sacred place for fishermen, however it is always damaged by Tsunami in the past but restored by the people.
Just in front of Areshima, a beach "Sun Ole Sodehama" will be open from the middle of July for marine activities.
He has drawn Hotel Kanyo too.
Lovely seagull.
He is planning to make "Kamishibai" picture story show of his trip in Japan.
I hope to see him again.

今天和大家分享下日本國技-相撲,作為日本傳統文化的古稱:素舞,也是一種類似摔跤的體育活動,距今約1500多年的歷史.
日本の国技であり、日本の伝統文化である相撲！
ここでは1500年以上続く相撲を紹介したいと思います。
相撲是一種傳統的運動,它是人類的斗爭本能所表現出的力量,
是一種相互合作的產物,
於此相似的體育運動自古以來在世界各地進行.
相撲は人間の闘争本能の発露である力くらべや、
取っ組み合いから発生した伝統あるスポーツである。
これによく似た形態のスポーツは古来世界各地で行われた。
日本作為相撲的起源,在古事記712年和日本書記720年中,有一股力量在傳說.
日本の相撲の起源としては、
古事記(712年)や日本書紀(720年)の中にある力くらべの神話や、
宿禰(すくね)・蹶速(けはや)の天覧勝負の伝説があげられます。
相撲是衡量那一年農作物收成的祭典儀式,
每年都舉行,這也是後宮狂熱的活動,持續了300年.
相撲はその年の農作物の収穫を占う祭りの儀式として、毎年行われてきた。
これが後に宮廷の行事となり300年続くことなる。
我懷着對日本相撲歷史的好奇,有幸參觀到大家的日常起居,在這裡分享給大家.
私は日本のお相撲さんに興味を持ったので、皆さんの日常生活を見学しました。
在這里特別推薦距離本飯店40分車程的,三陆复兴国立公园位于気仙沼南端，
被松树所环绕形成的美丽海岸（丘），海岸（丘）的最先端，
被海水常年侵蚀而形成了巨大岩孔，每当潮长的时候，海水拍打岩石，
巨大的水花从岩孔喷出，场面十分壮观，因此得名「潮吹岩」。
東日本大地震后，有一棵形似飞龙的松树成为了焦点，因海啸冲走了树叶，
只剩下了弯曲很大的主干，枝丫看起来就像龙角，
龙足一样，所以被称为「龍之松」。
最為引 人注目的是受海嘯災害而留下的第9代平秀,山雷秀的銅像,
依然屹立與此地.大家有機會一定要去的喔.
そして、当館から車で40分程の三陸復興国立公園を紹介します。
気仙沼の最南端に位置する松林に囲まれた美しい岬です。
岬の先端には、
海蝕洞の岩孔に波が打ち寄せるたびに潮を吹き上げる潮吹岩（しおふきいわ）があります。
また、津波の被害にも負けず残った「第９代横綱 秀ノ山雷五郎」の銅像や、
津波によって幹や枝などが被害を受けたものの、
一部が奇跡的に龍の形に残った「龍の松」などがあります。

The time has come again for azalea and hiking on Tatsugane mountain in Minami sanriku.
Around the summit of Tatsugane mountain 512m high from the sea level, you can be surronded by 50,000 roots of azalea red flowers and fresh green leaves. You can enjoy beautiful view of the Pacific ocean and clear blue sky if the weather conditions are good.
It is good to drive to the top or by MTB bicycle, but my suggestion is the hiking on the “Gyouja no michi” ascetic trail.
It is not difficult but easy also for the beginners taking only 1.5hours from the parking to the summit. You may enjoy fresh air and pure nature of beautiful Tohoku. Your satisfaction guaranteed!
This is truly a wonderland of nature in Tohoku.

相傳古代開始被大家所信仰的一座靈山,當地稱之為田束山。
町內屈指可數可眺望太平洋的高台，
5月下旬～6月上旬，竞相開放的杜鵑染紅了整座山,
山頂有11尊経塚，相傳奧州藤原氏家貴重藏经遗址。
開車可以到達山頂,設有50台以上的停車位。

Do you know in Japan the day 5th of May is a national holiday to expect healthy growth of children?
This is Koinobori, meaning “Rising Carp” streamer shaped.
This fish is carp. I know it is exported from Japan with very expensive prices sometimes more than 1 million Japanese yen to the World.
Why carp? There seems to be many stories, but one of them is in Kyoto, Carp was or is still considered by a messenger of God rising up the river to a villege where disastered by calamity.
When I was small, my parents has set 3 or 4 carp made by textile with different colours such as black, red, blue or green over the roof of the house. This customs was started 200 or 300 years ago during Edo era by traditional samurai families.
We can see those Koinobori also in Miyagi.
This is Higashi Matsushima, blue carp only or red only.
Toogatta Onsen.
In Taiwan also, Koinobori is rising.
Koinobori can be seen nationwide in Japan during early May.
